Here you can find monetary and financial statistics for the Netherlands compiled by the Nederlandsche Bank (time series starting in 1982) and also published in the DNB Statistical Bulletin.
The section ´financial markets´ is divided into four sets of tables: interest rates, exchange rates, share prices and new issue market. In addition to tables, time series data for interest rates and exchange rates is also available, providing the possibility of drawing up charts.

Gaining a clear insight into the assets and liabilities of Dutch households is crucial to monitor their financial vulnerabilities and to recognize possible problems in an early stage. The different components of these (financial) assets and liabilities are being reported to the Dutch central bank by various sectors through different reporting frameworks. For example, the information on deposits of households is coming from the monetary reports of Dutch banks and information on securities originate from the reports of Dutch securities depositories. In order to have an orderly overview of the components of assets and liabilities of Dutch households collected by the Netherlands´ Bank, all information from these different sources is put together in table 11.1.

Here information is provided on payments between the Netherlands and the rest of the world, and on claims which the Netherlands has on the rest of the world and vice versa. Amongst others you will find the Balance of payments (Table 12.1), an overview of all transactions between residents and non-residents during a certain period. Not included in this table are transactions and positions of Special Financial Institutions (SFIs) because such institutions are subsidiaries of foreign parent companies used to channel capital through our country that has really nothing at all to do with the Dutch economy (Table 12.13 presents the Balance of Payments including SFIs).

Table 13.1 provides long time series for real sector and government finance statistics from the ‘National Summary Data Page’ (NSDP). The NSDP is compiled by a large number of countries in the framework of agreements with the International Monetary Fund. It contains daily updated macro-economic and financial economic key indicators. The NSDP for the Netherlands is published by the Netherlands Bank in cooperation with Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and the Ministry of Finance (MoF) in conformity with the ‘Special Data Dissemination Standard’ (SDDS). The NSDP contains references to the websites of DNB, CBS and MoF for detailed information.

The European System of Central banks (ESCB) developed a framework for easier access to euro area statistics. Below, a number of statistical fields are presented which brings together harmonised data of national contributions to euro area statistics as well as data for the euro area aggregate.

For each data category the Advance Release Calender gives the periodicity available and dates of future updates of the times series. It concerns monetary, financial and external data mainly collected and calculated by the Nederlandsche Bank. Some data are disseminated by the ECB.

DNB’s Statistical Bulletin appears quarterly, bringing monetary and financial statistics for the Netherlands and articles based on these statistics. This periodical targets people working in the financial-economic sector, economists, reporters and students. The Statistical Bulletin is also available in English.
